Freehold transactions:
£1100 to £1395 for transactions with a value up to £300,000
£1395 to £1895 for transactions with a value between £300,001 and £500,000
Leasehold transactions
£1495 to £1795 for transactions with a value up to £300,000
£1795 to £2295 for transactions with a value between £300,001 and £500,000
For transactions with a value over £500,000 – £1250 1/3% to 1/4% of the transaction value
Our prices depend on a number of factors, including:
- The value of the transaction
- Whether the property is registered or unregistered land
- Whether the property is a new build
- The complexity of the matter
- The expertise of the solicitor looking after you
