Charlotte joined Harrisons Solicitors in 2006, and she specialises in dispute resolution and employment law.

In the context of her Landlord and tenant work Charlotte advises on Housing Law in Wales, including obligations for employers who offer service occupancies to their employees.  Charlotte is fully conversant with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (“the Act”) brought in to force on 1 December 2022 necessitating the  replacement of  most assured shorthold tenancies and licences to occupy dwellings, with occupation contracts.  Charlotte and her team can assist you with any queries arising from standard occupation contracts, including conversions and periodic contracts, written statement of terms, deposit obligations, together with any necessary possession proceedings arising from rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or on a non fault basis.
